TIOT #80 - Flower Soft & VIVA

Hi Friends~
Happy Thursday to you!  Today I'm hoping to get my craft room in order...it's been a disaster for weeks now...I'd like to get some organizing done too...you know labeling my organizer drawers and the like.

Today for TIO*T* Suzanne has challenged the DT to use Flower Soft in a "new" way!  Hmmmm...this one TOTALLY stumped me...I didn't have a clue so I started by coloring my image and hoped that an idea would come to me!
Today, I've used one of the BRAND NEW Aurora stamps!  This cutie is Walk in the Park from the Aurora 2 Collection by Victoria Case for SCACDRemember if you purchase the whole set you get Aurora's awesome sister Sprite as a bonus stamp for FREE!!!  I really love the Aurora Collection stamps they are so much fun to color and Aurora has the best outfits!!!  Papers are from the Olivia BG pad.  My VIVA Decor Ice White Pearl Pen got a work out on this card too...it's been used on the swirls in the corners, the scalloped oval, and a few of the flower petals.
Aurora has been colored with Copics and popped up on an SB oval and SB scalloped oval nesties.  When I was coloring Miss. Aurora I was like oh no she looks like Christmas with the reds and greens....I was really trying to make her a coral and kiwi green...lol I do think she still looks good!  As I was coloring her that's when I got my Flower Soft idea....I wanted to make her mousy friend fuzzy....and then that's when the idea to use flower soft on her hair came to me!!  I've used Koala Grey Ultra Fine Flower Soft on Mr. Mouse and for Aurora's hair I've used Ultra Fine Flower Soft in Toffee and Sand.  I hope you like this "new" way to use your Flower Soft...it really is a fun idea....I think anyways! :)
Flowers are Primas and here you can see the Viva Pearl Pen on the petals.
Diamond Glaze was used on Aurora and Mousy's eyes for shine!  In this picture you can kinda see the images that have been stamped around the oval nestie...I've taken two different stamps along with my Hero Arts Shadow Ink and decorated around the oval for a soft background image...sorry it's so hard to see in the pictures.  The sentiment tag was also given the same "shadow" treatment along the edges.
And one final picture from an angle so you can see the dimension on this card.

Now head over to the SCACD Blog to get out how my DT Sister's have used Flower soft on their projects!

Challenge I'd like to enter:

The colours are delightful & that mouse is glorious - have just ordered myself some ivory Flower Soft as I'm becoming more aware of using it.
