New Make Up!

I just started using a new make up product called Arbonne! I was TOTALLY hooked on Aveda b/c of their products being all natural plant products! Well after being introduced to Arbonne I found out that Arbonne is the SAME....and CHEAPER than Aveda! My mom recently signed on as a Arbonne consultant! After using the cleansing intelligence system for one week I am HOOKED (line and sinker)! My face has cleared up so much it is unbelievable! I didn't think a facial system could do this! I was using Aveda and Proactive with NO success! I have oily skin and the Arbonne products help keep my face from getting the shiny look. The following are pictures of some of my new make up that I got yesterday! I am so excited to get ready to go somewhere so that I can play with my new make up! If anyone is interested in more information regarding these products please let me know. You NEVER pay full price for any of their products!

Projects From Last Week

Hi Everyone! I did get a bunch of projects done last weekend, but then summer interim classes started Tuesday so I had NO time to get my pictures uploaded! Wow these 2 interim classes are intense! 3 hours for each class a day is LONG...my butt gets sore from sitting for so long! And those desks aren't very comfortable! Oh well....only three more weeks! I am hoping I get good grades on these two classes....but it will be hard b/c everything is so condensed into a 4 week class! I have 2 exams this coming Tuesday....what a nice birthday present huh? Oh yes...Tuesday I will be 28! Woo-Hoo! I love birthdays...I hope I keep saying that as time goes on! Be on the lookout b/c I am going to be doing another blog candy for my birthday!

Here are my projects from last week:
First we have a stamping bella birthday card! I used my cuttlebug embossing folder spots and dots and the giftabellawithhat bella stamp colored with prisma pencils and OMS:


Second is another Michael's $1 bin notepad with pen set. Of course I had to alter this notebook with a stamping bella stamp. This bella is goodluckabella colored with OMS and prisma pencils. Accents are a prima flower and a green bauble in the middle:

Third, is a another stamping bella card....oh yes I am addicted to the bellas! The background is embossed with my cuttlebug D'vine Swirls folder. Stampingbella herself is colored in with prisma pencils and OMS. I love how the colors turned out on this card:

Fourth is additions to the calendar that I made....this is going to be a gift for someone special in my life....stay tuned in a few weeks to find out who gets this wonderful set. Added to the calendar is a $1 spot tin from Archivers that I added dp to. And the other item is a memo pad that I made from coasters that I bought from my GREAT friend Loreen! She has the best products....stop by her website at http://www.wishonascrap.com/ I get A LOT of my supplies from her! She also has a yahoo group called RockbottomScrapbookSupplies to get the BEST deals on your crafting project supplies! And if you are looking for something special she can get it for you!!!!

And FINALLY, I am on the cricut.com message board all of the time. I joined a secret sister group on there....actually it is a NOT so secret sister group. My sister is Stephanie from Washington! She is the bestest sistah eveh! Every 2 months we spoil each other with packages in the mail! Our first package was for May and this is what I got......a HEAT TOOL and EMBOSSING POWDER! I have been wanting a heat tool FOREVEH! I am so excited to play with it and heat emboss some bellas! Be on the watch for that!

My New Projects

I did get some crafting done on this VERY busy week....even though I was off of school for the whole week...it sure was busy! Thanks to my friends at PWA yahoo group (PennyWise Arts http://www.pennywisearts.com/) I was given the confidence to try making a beaded pen! For my first try I thought it turned out VERY good! I learned a couple different tricks taht I should try on my next one....but for the VERY 1st time I thought I did darn good!

Second is a card that I made for my mom! She was coming down with a terrible cold this week so I wanted to make sure a cheery card! Feelabella tried to brighten up mom's day a little!

Third, is a pocket calendar that I altered with Underthehoodiebella. I REALLY liked how my coloring turned out on this one! I used my prisma pencils and OMS...but the shading turned out WONDERFUL on this one! I LOVEY it!!!!!

Fourth, is a memo pad that I found in the $1 bins at Michael's the other day! I took the book apart and recovered it with basic grey paper and attached flowahbella with a prima, crystal bling center, and stickles! This was VERY easy and FAST to make!

And lastly, is a Scissorbella card that I made for my sister who is graduating from cosmetology school in a couple weeks! I HOPE she doesn't check my blog from now to then and see this!

HAPPY ANNIVERSARY TO ME!

Today is our 1st wedding anniversay! I am so happy to be married to the love of my life and my best friend! Brent even surprised me with a gift today.....check it out:

Brent told me when he found it he thought I could put it in my scrap room! Isn't that sweet?! Gosh I love that guy!!!!!!

Last night we celebrated with my parents by going out to eat...it was a wonderful time. Then later on we met some friends out at our local bar. Here's a pic of me and Brent....you can even see my new hair do.....yep....I went more blonde and am loving it! My personal hairstylist (my sister) is the BOMB! She did an awesome job!

I also found out friday that I won ANOTHER blog candy! Can you believe it?!? I sure the heck can't! I am so blessed to have so many friends! Thank you to Christi for picking me...you can stop by and say hello to Christi at http://cici510.blogspot.com !

Well not getting any crafting done with weekend! I have my last 2 finals tomorrow! WOO-HOO so today I am stuck studying! Stay tunned next week b/c I am sure to have a BUNCH of new projects posted....I promise!!!!!

A GREAT Friday!

Oh my goodness....this Friday....which started out poopy....has turned so bright I think I have to wear shades! Yes...I am a total 80s music freak! Anyways...today was my first day of finals....and I had to take 2 Economics finals...this girls doesn't like Economics so I wasn't thrilled to being taking these 2 tests! Yesterday I spent ALL DAY and ALL NIGHT in between loads of laundry, and of course eating and potty breaks studying for these exams! I was nervous when I got to school...but after taking both exams I felt pretty confident so that was good! Then I headed to Michael's to reward myself (hee hee) and bought some stamps, paper, ribbon, and prima flowers! Then I come home to play on my computer...since I got NO time yesterday....and low and behold I have a message from Alicia from SHOUT OUT that I am a RUNNER UP for the May Shout Out Bella Prize! HOW AWESOME IS THAT?!?!?! I am STILL flying high....so I get some baubles coming to play with! YAY!!!!! I have two more finals on Monday so I won't get to play too much in the craft corner this weekend :( but then I have a week of free time until summer classes start to play! Which is good b/c I have A LOT of project lined up....so stay tuned to see some of them later on!

Sorry I have been gone for a week....last week was a crazy one! 2 major exams at the end of the week....and this week is FINALS...EEEKKKK...wish me luck....however yesterday was an AWESOME Monday!
