Fun Time at Wedding

Despite the down pour once during the day (which was about 20 mins prior to the start of the ceremony), and the few sprinkles on and off (during the day).....our friends got to get married outside yesterday and the ceremony was beautiful! Everyone looked so nice and the wedding all around was PERFECT! Congratulations Paul and Shannon!

And then here is a picture of me and my hubby! My friend Carrie stylied my hair and it turned out AWESOME...I always love how she does it! (My personal stylist AKA my sister was on vacation so I couldn't have her do my updo!)


I am heading to Illinois for a few days to check out a salon with my sister and mom! A girls get-a-way for a few days! Woo-Hoo! It is bound to be a GREAT time! Talk to you all when I return!

Happy Wednesday!

Hello...Happy Wednesday to everyone! I have a couple creations I made yesterday! There won't be too much that I will be uploading this week! Our good friend is getting married friday and my hubby is standing up in the wedding....so things are crazy getting ready for that! Next week I am hoping to get a bunch new projects made and uploaded! I am also working on creating a store for people to purchase my craft projects! Now....ON TO THE NEW CARDS:

The 1st one is my sister's birthday card...she turned 21 yesterday! Happy Birthday Alissa! This is my 1st Acetate Card that I made, and I LOVED how it turned out!

Used: Stamping Bella - Cosmobella Stamp; primas, Studio G stamps, stickles, prisma pencils and OMS and some ribbon in my stash!

The 2nd card is going to my SUPER BELLA SISTAH Chris....it's postal right now!

Used: Stamping Bella - Superbella image I got in a swap, prima, stickles, prisma pencils and OMS, paper is CM.
Hope you enjoyed my latest creations! I would REALLY like to get a watermark for all of my work...but don't have Photoshop to do so! Hope I can figure something out so my creations don't get stolen! I downloaded a freebie program...but it doesn't do much....and I only got one watermark to work....it wouldn't even work on my second picture! Ahhhhh!

ALMOST DONE with summer classes!

Hi Everyone! Hope this post find you all doing well! I am soooooo excited because as of TOMORROW I am DONE with my summer interim classes! Can I get a WOO-HOO???!!!???!!! I am officially done with Astronomy as of today, and my music class final exam in tomorrow at 9 AM! Then after that I am DONE until Sept 2nd! So hopefully I get LOTS of play time in the craft corner this summer!

Tomorrow I am leaving for a long weekend camping trip with my family. This will be our 3rd annual camping trip! We go to a country music festival about 1 hour away from home! It is a small festival...but is SOOOO MUCH FUN!!!! I am going to have lots of fun this year seeing how I have off the rest of the summer and don't have to worry about getting home Sunday to get ready for a work week! This is my 1st summer off in 10 years! WOW how time flies!

However, before I leave for the weekend I have one creation to share with all my blogger friends! My sister came over last night to highlight my hair (my sis just graduated last Friday from cosmetology school.....gee, I love having a personal hairstylist....love you sis!) and she had a job interview yesterday so wanted to see if I had any Thank You cards! All you have to do is say the word card and my eyes light up....so I said no....but I can whip one up for you....and that is just what I did! I think it turned out awesome....for a thank you card for a salon owner! The only thing I didn't like is that I don't have a static pillow thingy to rub on my paper before I heat emboss so I have some little black flecks on the paper that I didn't want there! Oh well! My sister loved it and that's what counts! I also got to use my NEW Nestibilities so I was a happy girl!

Happy Father's Day!

Today was a HAPPY MAIL day! A few weeks ago when I was on my blog candy winning streak, I won an AWESOME blog candy from Christi! You can check our her blog here. Well she told me I could get a gift card to any place I so chose....and of course seeing how I am a TOTAL bellaholic I got some new bellas! I am so excited to ink these girls up....YES and you DO SEE the new weightwatchabella! 2 years ago I started a new life of eating good and exercise and ended up losing 40 lbs. and have kept it off....so this bella means A LOT to me!!!! Plus I got a GREAT card and fun ribbon too! Christi you are the best! THANK YOU SO VERY MUCH! Hugs to my sistah Christi!

Bella Home Page Entry!

Every month on the Bellaholics Yahoo group there is a contest to create a card by the 15th of the month. Then everyone has the rest of the month to vote for their favorite card. Busy Crafting Weekend....

Hi Everyone! Hope you all had a WONDERFUL weekend! My hubby was busy working all weekend, and the weather was stormy and rainy here so I got to spend LOTS of time in my crafting corner! And boy was I productive! Sometimes I just happen to amaze myself! Don't you love that feeling....I Do!

I made what feels like a gazillion cards and 4 fun projects!

First I made a baby card for my Cricut Sister Stephanie who just had her baby....Tayler Marie....on my birthday! What a fun thing to share!!!!!!! For this card I wove ribbon in the paper! I think it turned out VERY cute! My creative mojo was with me today! Stamp is BabyBellaPea from Stamping Bella, paper is Creative Memories and DCWV!

Second is a friendship card...I just got this image from my swap at the Bellaholics Yahoo Group! The ribbon really didn't want to cooperate to well with me on this one! Sassy ribbon! Stamp is Tiddly Inks Best Friends Forevah from Stamping Bella and paper is Basic Grey.

Third is a baby exploding box! This one is going to brand new Tayler Marie's mommy! I hope she likes it! Paper used was DCWV Baby Girl.

Next is MY VERY OWN Bella Checkbook Cover! How fun is this! When I saw Lattebella first come out I knew I HAD to have her! I drink Chai every morning....so what better of a Bella for me! I lovey how this turned out! Stamp used Lattebella from Stamping Bella and paper is Basic Grey.

Next is another fun card! Doesn't it make you want to get all prettied up and go to a party! Paper used is DCWV and Stampin' Up. Stamp used is Winobella from Stamping Bella.

This next card makes me think of being a little girl! All little girls want to be ballerinas....at least I always did! My sister and I were both in dance lessons, and this card reminds me of her dance recital with her cute little tutu! Oh that was a long time ago!!!! Stamp used is Tinkerbella from Stamping Bella, Sentinment is also Stamping Bella, baubles, and paper is Basic Grey.

This next stamp is also another favorite of mine! Thanks to some blog candy that I won....I have this stamp coming on her way to my home! YAY!!!!! I just love Cosmobella's attitude! Stamp used is Cosmobella from Stamping Bella, paper is Stampin' Up, baubles, and fun swirl flourish stamps!

Rub a dub dub! Doesn't this just look nice and relaxing! That will be me in 2 weeks when summer interim classes are DONE!!!!! Image is Bubblebella from Stamping Bella.

This one is for our friends Andy and Amanda! CONGRATS!!!! Ryan Andrew was born yesterday! I can't wait to go and see him!!!!! Image used Babyfellabella, paper is Creative Memories.

This is my VERY FIRST altered Notebook! I think it turned out SUPER! This is actually a surprise present for my Mom! I hope she likes it! Image used is Javabellas from Stamping Bella, paper is Basic Grey and lots of different ribbon.

Next is a graduation card that my mom asked me to make for a party she is going to! Image used is Diplomabella from Stamping Bella.
And here is the inside of the card! It's my VERY FIRST Embossing project....thanks to my Cricut Sister Stepahnie who just got me all the fun embossing powders and heat tool to play with! We have our friend's wedding coming up the end of this month, so I thought I would get their card done while I had some time! My hubby is standing up in this wedding so it should be a lot of fun! Hitchedafellabella was used from Stamping Bella, and paper is from a swap from SCS.

Hope you enjoyed all of my fun projects and cards! I made a few more and one more project...but I also sent in my application to Katie (from 3 Little DReaMs) for a position on her Design Team and had to include some non-published projects! I am crossing my fingers, toes, legs, arms, eyes, and anything else that I can cross that I get on her Design Team! I love her site, and I get so much inspiration and learn so much from Katie! If I am selected I am hoping to help people like she has helped me!

I have a SISTAH....

I have a new sistah and her name is Chris.....she is my sistah through the Bellaholics Yahoo Group. You fill out a questionnaire and then the sistah moderator takes her time and matches you up with a sistah. Sistahs get to know one another over a three month period and do little things and send fun packages to each other....

I am SOOOO excited to get to know her.....

I also have a sistah in my Cricut Group! Her name is Stephanie and she lives in Washington. We have been sistahs since March....and this commitment is for one year! It is so nice to get to know Stephanie....she will be having a baby girl any day now! I can't wait to see pictures!
