Grab your cuppa (coffee, chai, soda, whatever suites your fancy), sit back, relax, and enjoy your stop here!  Be prepared this post is a long one....I have lots of excitement and Mixed Media Fun to share today!!!

First I would like to introduce to you
Blank Canvas Profile is a part of the Susana Loves Stamps Blank Canvas Women Collection!  Isn't she awesome?   These NEWEST stamps at SCACD are truly amazing and I love the new direction and versatility that you can achieve with these!  Papers for this card are from the Bo Bunny Enchanted Collection.
When creating this card I wanted to create an inspirational card....whether someone is fighting an illness or just struggling with something general I wanted to make a card that showed how believing in yourself and having HOPE makes you STRONGER!  So what you you think?
I've taken the Blank Canvas Profile stamp and stamped her in Versamark on a piece of black cardstock.  NOTE: This is the outline image stamp in the set.  Then I heat embossed with silver embossing powder, and finally cut around the image.
I mixed the Rays stamp from The Elements Collection along with the Hope stamp from the Words Sentiment Collection to create this customized piece of my card.  Both images were colored with Copics and hand cut.  The Wings on the word Hope got coated with Star Dust Stickles and the Rays got coated with Diamond Stickles.

Copic Colors Used: Y11, Y15, Y17, Y38, W3, W5, and Blender.
WOC flower arrangement consists of a 30mm Cottage Rose, 20mm Roses, 10mm Rose, 8mm Semi-opened Roses4mm Rosebuds, a Poppy, Gold Glitter Holly Berries, and a gorgeous Webster Pages Butterfly Pin.  This Butterfly Pin comes in a Set of 6 and Susana has them in stock -->HERE<--!  Flowers were sparklized with Diamond Stickles.
To accent the corner I've used the NEW Classic Corner Die by SCACD!  LOVE this die!  And you will hear more about this beauty later in the post. (keep reading for more surprises!!!)    :)
I've finally made a little tag that pulls out from behind the gorgeous Blank Canvas Profile.  I LOVE the saying on this tag...and it comes FREE if you order the WHOLE Blank Canvas Women's Collection!!!  Each letter has been accented with my Lemon Spica Pen.  Prima Flowers have been accented with Rhinestones and Diamond Stickles.
Make sure you go and check out the NEW Stamp Collection.  These come in mini sets or one great big collection...which you will get a great deal if you buy all of these beauties!!!  Each set in the collection comprises looks, perfect for mixing it up with different techniques.  Use the Elements Set to enhance the Blank Canvas Silhouettes, or use them on their own for gorgeous effects.  Also don't forget about the Fabulous Word Outlines, ready to be customized however you like!  Color them in...doodle........ ....zentangle.....paper piece - go wherever your creativity takes you!!!!.....I dare you to try something new and out of your comfort zone because you never know what gorgeous beauty you will create and in the end you will be so proud of yourself!

Second is the fantastic new line of dies by SCACD!
Susana has collaborated on a collection of dies with a Timeless and Classic Feel!  Delicate and beautiful, the diecuts from these quality wafer thin metal dies will be featuring elegance and beauty on your projects for years to come!  And now I have the honor of introducing you to the latest and greatest SCACD products....drum roll please....
For my project I have created a home decor piece using an artist canvas and NEW Natures Tapestry Fan Die and the Classic Corner Die.  Oh my goodness when I found out Susana was releasing her very own die line I knew I was going to be in LOVE with them all!  These EXCLUSIVE beauties are oh so stunning!  I can't wait to order up the rest of them now!!!  AND...if you like my Mixed Media project and didn't know this....SCACD has a whole section dedicated to Mixed Media....there are LOTS of awesome products in this category.....you can find them all -->HERE<-- don't be afraid to get messy and try something new because the results you come up with can be truly breath taking!!!  Again, I dare you to step out of your comfort zone and get your "mess" on!
I started off my creation with a blank white canvas....you can find many different sized canvases at SCACD -->HERE<--.  I then took my Luminarte Silks in Pink Grapefruit, Vaboom Red, and Solar Gold, and started to paint away by blending these colors together on my canvas.  I just picked up a little of each color at a time and kept painting away.  When I liked what was painted on my canvas I let that dry for about an hour.... then I came back to the canvas and brushed on a couple more swipes of each color in various spots to get each particular color to stand out instead of them all being so blended.  Seriously if you do NOT have any of the Silks this is by far a product you NEED to add to your craft supplies....these babies are AMAZING let me tell ya!  The shimmer and shine in each one is astounding!  I love the metallic shimmer of each color....When I was complete with painting my canvas it reminded me of a beautiful sunset!
The Natures Tapestry Fan was cut out on a white piece of cardstock.  To get the gorgeous color of the fan I used my Gum Arabic, Luminarte Clear Medium, Cranberry Mica, and Solar Gold Mica.  On my craft mat I first mixed up equal parts of my Cranberry Mica and Gum Arabic and then mixed in some Clear Medium.  This made a paint which I coated the whole fan with.  Then I mixed equal parts of Gum Arabic and Solar Gold Mica mixed along with some Clear Medium which made me a gorgeous gold paint and very lightly feathered this gold paint on the bottom half of the pan to add a soft goldish tint/shimmer.  The lace that I gathered behind my fan started out white....to get it colored I took my Pink Grapefruit Silk and Solar Gold Silk and painted up the lace so it would coordinate with the rest of my project.  Rhinestones accent the flowers on the fan and Diamond Stickles accent the lace.
The Classic Corner Die was used to accent the canvas corners - these were cut out on black cardstock.  I then took the same Micas that I used to paint the Fan (Gum ArabicLuminarte Clear MediumCranberry Mica, and Solar Gold Mica)and lightly painted the corners.  I love the Micas on dark cardstock.....look at the gorgeous shimmer and sparkle in each of these colors but how different it looks on the black cardstock vs. the white cardstock!  Aren't Micas AMAZING?!  I truly do LOVE all of the Luminarte products!!!
WOC flower arrangement consists of a 25mm Tea Rose, 25mm Rose, 20mm Rose, 8mm Semi-opened Roses, Gypsophilas, 4mm Rosebud, Small Sequin Butterfly, and a gorgeous Webster Pages Butterfly Pin.  Flowers were sparalized with Diamond Stickles.
One more angled view for you to see all that shimmer and sparkled beauty and how beautiful these Luminarte products look with the fabulous NEW EXCLUSIVE Dies by SCACD!  For those of you who stuck with me through this long post......Thank you!!!  I hope you have enjoyed your stop along the hop here!  Make sure you head to the SCACD Store and get your Brand New

I loved your long and informative post. After all, that's how one learns, right?

Your projects are both amazingly beautiful.

The color palette on the card just makes the new stamps shine.

The canvas really showcases the new die cuts beautifully. The shimmer shows up really well, but I'm sure it's even more breathtaking in person.
