Toasty Warm Christmas

Welcome to:
Stamps and Smiles
Digi Release - Day 4

Today is the final digi set sneak peek...all sets will be released for purchase TOMORROW night at 8pm CST!  Then you all can play along with us!  Remember tomorrow is also the BLOG HOP at Stamps and Smiles...goes from 7pm-8pm CST!  You don't want to miss this as there are some AMAZING projects that have been cooked up!

Today I am showing you the Wishing You a Toasty Christmas set!  It has 11 images and 1 sentiments. This set can also be personalized...check out the Stamps and Smiles Blog for some personalized card samples.

Speaking of toasty warm we are in the midst of a SUPER COLD FRONT...and I'm trying to stay toasty warm!  We got blasted with 12+ inches of snow in 24 hours that started Tuesday night and continued into yesterday, and today we have twenty below zero wind chills.  Brrrrr!  I wish I had a nice warm fireplace like the one in this digi set!  I guess I will settle for a nice cup of hot cocoa when I get home from school!

When my Mom and I went to the Stamping Expo that was in Milwaukee in October I found some super cute pop up cards! As soon as I saw them I knew I had to give them a try and this digi set was the perfect set to try this technique out!

I love the fun scene that you can create with this set!  All images were colored with my Copics.  I used my Lipstick Spica for the ornaments on the tree to give them that glittery look (the lipstick color is actually red with a goldish tint to it).  I popped up the fireplace with dimensionals and placed the logs behind so it looks like the logs are actually in the fireplace.  The cute cat is also popped up to look like he's sleeping cozily by the fire.  I used my BG Wassil paper pad...I love how these two designs together actually look like wallpaper and then the floor.

Then I placed the stocking inside on the pop-ups!  They were colored with my Copics and I added Liquid Applique on a few of them for the fluffy tops.  I hope you enjoyed this fun sample!  Don't forget the blog hop is tomorrow night beginning at 7PM CST!  I'm super excited to share my project with you!

Also I have added a few new items to my online store!  Click HERE to go and take a peek!
