Christmas Notecard Gift Set

Hi, Friends today I have a christmas gift to share that I have accented with lots of Wild Orchid Crafts products!

I took a little cage and a set of note cards and added WOC products to complete the gift.  The cage was accented with 20mm Roses with Star Dust Stickles.

The cards were tied together and accented with a Silver Padded Snowflake.

Topper is made using a small white poinsettia and silver glitter holly berry.

Susana Loves Stamps Release Day!

Hi Friends~  I hope you are all having a fabulous Friday!  Today SCACD has a fabulous new release for you!  Susana Loves Stamps Eyes of Adventure Collection and Eyes of Fables Collection!  These sets are absolutely amazing!  Each individual stamp comes with a fantastic accessory stamp too!  BONUS...I love that!!!  If you are here from Dianne's Blog then you are in the right spot, if not the complete list of the hop can be found at the SCACD Blog.  I hope you enjoy your stop here at my blog!

I am happy to introduce to you:

Vintage Eyes  

As soon as I saw this stamp I knew I wanted to keep the card soft pastel colors, which is very hard for me color because I always want such dramatic colors.  The papers I have used are My Mind's Eye which you can find other fabulous MME Collections -->here<-- font="font">.

Vintage Eyes was colored with Copics and pastels.  Her gorgeous ruffled sash/bow got a coat of Diamond Stickles, along with all of her bows.  The middle of the sunflower got a coat of Star Dust Stickles.  Her eyes were accented using Diamond Glaze for the shine factor.

WOC Flower Arrangement consists of:  35mm Trellis Rose, 20mm Roses, 15mm Roses, Gypsophila, and flat back pearls.

For the corners I used the NEW Dies by SCACD Fancy Flower Corner Die.  This die comes in a set of two!  If you haven't checked out all of the amazing NEW Dies by SCACD, click -->here<-- font="font">  to go and see them!  The patterns and intricate details are amazing and cut like a dream!  I had NO problem what-so-ever cutting this corner die with my Grand Calibur...I didn't even need to use the wax paper trick!  That's how AWESOME these dies are!!  I had to get them all because I love them so much!  Now to find time to play with them all :)

Sentiment was accented with a WOC medium satin pearl bow.

WOC New Product Blog Hop

Hi Friends~  Today the Wild Orchid Crafts DT is having a super fun hop!  We are introducing some fabulous NEW PEARL PRODUCTS that WOC now carries!

For my project I have made a cute wall hanging with a cutie pie Tear Bear that I have made.  Wood plaque has been coated with Luminarte Pink Azelea Silks!  Love the way this product coats wood!!!

Little Miss Tear Bear's eyes and nose got a coat of Diamond Glaze and a WOC Small Metallic Silver Bow gives her a cute hair tie.  Mini WOC flower arrangements consists of a 15mm Rose, 5mm Rosebud, Gypsophila, and a NEW Flat Back Scalloped Pearl.  Isn't that pearl awesome?!

Sentiment was computer generated and accented with two NEW heart pearls.  Second WOC flower arrangements consists of two 30mm Wild Roses, 15mm Roses, heart pin, and NEW Flat Back Scalloped Pearls.

New Stamps at SCACD!

Hi Friends~

Are you ready for some SCACD fun?!  If you are here from the fabulous Chris' Blog then you are in the right place!!

Today we have a cute and cuddly release to share with you all that feature Elisabeth Bell for SCACD!

Our first set is The Storybook Collection which brings us all back to those glorious childhood days when our best friend was our beloved teddy bear!  I don't know about you but I think I had a whole collection of teddy bear friends...my favorite was my big pink teddy!  We all told our secrets to our Teddy Bears, had a few misunderstandings but we always made up and were ready for new adventures to unfold.

The second set is made up of 4 adorable little girls with their fun hats that made up Sampler #6.  Each little girl is bound to make you smiles and melt your heart!

Finally, there is Sampler #7 which is a collection with a variety of cute and fun!  These 4 little girls remind us all of the simple pleasures of childhood from lollipop dreams to playing in the rain.

Isn't she soooo sweet?  I didn't get a chance to make a sample for this release as I have been feeling under the weather lately - which is also the reason for my lack of being in blogland lately.  Am hoping to feel better soon and get back to crafty-land asap!!!
